Our approach is non-discriminatory, non-judgemental toward any behaviours, feelings, personal choices and experiences. You are free to share and explore anything that is on your mind. The relationship between our team and client is at the heart of what we do and we see this as the key element in the effectiveness of developing our successful pathways. By taking the time to listen to you in detail, we are then able to provide a wide range of services which we tailor to your specific needs.
Individual counselling allows you the opportunity to share and explore your thoughts and feelings about your personal experiences. This could involve a variety of things such as feelings you have about yourself, your relationships with others, your beliefs or your responses to particular situations. We have a wealth of experience in working with people on a one to one basis and have been trained to work with a wide range of personal issues.
There are no limits to the kinds of concerns that can be addressed in therapy and this is done in a completely non-judgmental and confidential way. We are very approachable and have experience of working with clients from many different backgrounds and with a variety of different issues.

Early Intervention Service (EIS)
Our Early Intervention service is there to make the process of accessing support for your employees much quicker and easier. By providing a service delivered in the worklplace, we will ensure that employees can get the support they need in a way that makes them feel valued and fully supported. By providing this service, employers will be able to demonstrate a valuing and support of their team’s wellbeing, offering a space for them to receive support if they are struggling with work or personal issues. If an team member is unable to access this service on site, then we offer an outreach service that be arranged to meet the employee in an alternative environment or via our video calling service. Through EIS, we can work with the employee before the stress they are struggling to deal with becomes so overwhelming that they develop more serious difficulties which may result in absenteeism and a reduction in their ability to work effectively within their organisation.
Coaching and Education
Changing people's minds.
One of our core principles is to change attitudes to workplace related stress and wider mental health issues. The goal for all to achieve is an environment where issues of anxiety or feeling overwhelmed can be discussed as openly as physical health and illness. We provide a range of coaching and education courses with the specific aim of achieving this goal. Courses include those designed to increase general awareness of the issues, training for senior staff and line managers and the nationally supported mental health first aider training.
All of our courses have the capacity to be tailored to the precise requirements or field of work covered.
